3.4 Residential Eligibility: By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your location and that you are accessing v999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is legally permissible. 4.2 v999 will never contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel to request your password or OTP codes. Any communication purporting to be from v999 and requesting your credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact v999 support immediately via the in-platform live chat. v999 can place an immediate security hold on a compromised account upon request.
4.4 v999 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption on all pages, OTP verification for new-device logins, and suspicious activity monitoring. These measures supplement — but do not replace — your responsibility to maintain secure credentials.
4.5 You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempted transfer will result in immediate Account suspension.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: v999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at v999's sole discretion. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. v999 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice. Current minimum and maximum limits are displayed within the platform's deposit interface at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one business day to process depending on the issuing bank's processing timelines. v999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally feasible. v999 reserves the right to process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method registered to the Account in circumstances where the original method is unavailable.
5.5 Identity Verification Before Withdrawal: v999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawal requests will be paused pending successful KYC completion.
5.6 Own Funds Requirement: All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.7 Withdrawal Timeframes: Standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval during standard banking hours. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.
6.3 Bonus Abuse: v999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting loopholes in bonus terms; hedging bets across casino games to reduce wagering risk; and systematically wagering on high-RTP outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotions voided and may be permanently suspended.
6.4 Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount convertible from bonus funds to real withdrawable funds is capped at a multiplier of the original bonus value. Specific conversion caps are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.5 Promotion Modification: v999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where operationally feasible.
6.6 VIP Programme: VIP tier membership is awarded at v999's sole discretion based on wagering activity, account standing, and other criteria. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be revised or withdrawn by v999 at any time.

7.2 Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is not accepted until you receive confirmation of the bet within the v999 platform. v999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. 7.3 Obvious Errors: v999 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices or under conditions resulting from obvious technical errors, pricing mistakes, data feed errors, or system malfunctions. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and regardless of whether settlement has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
7.4 Results and Settlement: For sports betting, results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer in real time under studio conditions. For RNG games, results are determined by independently certified random number generation algorithms.
7.5 Disputes: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a casino game must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed result via v999 in-platform live chat. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. v999's decision on disputed bets, following internal review, is final and binding.

12.3 In the event of a platform outage or technical fault affecting live betting markets, v999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. v999's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the affected stake amount and does not extend to lost profits or expected winnings.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits v999's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 v999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where v999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Upon suspension, v999 will conduct a review and notify the Account holder of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the suspension is upheld and confirmed as a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus winnings, and funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Net deposited funds — being the total deposits minus any withdrawals — will be returned to the Account holder subject to identity verification, except where forfeiture is legally justified.
13.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting v999 support via in-platform live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method.
14.1 v999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
